AIRPORTSMilano is served by tree airports with low cost, domestic and international flights:
Milano Linate is the city airport and it’s very close to the city centre.
You can arrive in Piazza San Babila (city center close to Duomo) with the
urban bus line number X73 or to Central Station with the
air bus.
Malpensa is the largest airport in the Milanese area and it has two terminals that ensure domestic, international and intercontinental flights.
Malpensa, approximately one hour travel from Milan, is well connected with the city centre.
Malpensa airport terminal 1 is connected to Milano Central Station or Milano Cadorna by the railway
Malpensa express.
There are also
shuttle services that connect the airport terminals with Stazione Centrale (Central Station) and Linate Airport.
Bergamo Orio al Serio, approximately one hour travel from Milan, is well connected with the city centre.
A shuttle service connects Bergamo Orio al Serio airport with Milano Central station (
Orio shuttle and
Terravision).
TRAINS
Milano has numerous train stations. The most important are Stazione Centrale, Lambrate, Porta Garibaldi, Cadorna.
Milano is connected with high-velocity trains from Stazione Centrale (Central station) and Porta Garibaldi to Turin, Florence, Bologna and Rome (3 hours).
